re the scheduled start time for a full refund. Here's how it works:

Eligible for full refund:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance
Classes cancelled by the instructor
Technical issues on our end that prevent you from attending

Eligible for 50% refund:

Cancellations made between 12–24 hours before the class
Medical emergencies (with documentation)
Family emergencies (case-by-case basis)

Not eligible for refund:

No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours
Missed classes due to oversleeping or scheduling conflicts on your end

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For class pack and subscription holders, cancelled classes are credited back to your account instead of refunded — these credits never expire.

Important: Drop-in passes purchased at a discount are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date.
